A continuation of subtle provocations that recent AI series, such as The Cream of the Dream and The Zodiac Summer, are imbued with, Nine Is Such a Spiritual Number marks my latest stab at deconstructing masculinity through the ‘queer lens’ of myth, ritual and iconoclasm, amping up the suggestiveness. Opposed to my demure and reticent nature, similarly to a vast number of my digital collages, this set of images acts as yet another venture out of my comfort zone, simultaneously pushing the prudish boundaries of Gemini Assistant.
